While i have never heard of Trosa and I have no idea if they are good or bad this post is particularly unfortunate.
Agatha the first thing that strikes me is how do you know that this company does infact employ folks whose life may not have been as perfect as yours?
When they issued your quote did they also say “hey pls note we employ ex cons and drug addicts?
If you are looking for companys that employ former Unites States Marine Corp officers, Recent college graduates or folks with a stellar pedigree you might just want to move yourself, because you wont find it.
Just because someone is an ex con, recovering drug addict or recovering alcaholic has no bearing on the quality of work they might or might not do.
Any company your dealing with might employ folks that dont meet your high standards, however you will never know of course.
