They’ve been discussed, and to my knowledge, we’ve not had any complaints about them, and their business is growing.
Get an in-home estimate from them, and from two other full-service movers. Flat Rate’s will be what’s considered a Binding Estimate, so see if you can get the other movers to go Binding as well, or even better, a Binding (or Guaranteed) Not To Exceed.
