I don’t know if this is helpful or not, but here are the forms that caused the problem.
Form 1 is the forms for the wrong insurance company that they gave me to fill out and sign when they were selling me insurance. Since the items had already left, they told me to just attach the movers list who packed the items if I couldn’t remember everything. The movers list was just generalized (wedding stuff, kitchen stuff, etc). Then they told me to just guesstimate values because value would be determined by appraisal if anything were to happen. They told me the most important thing was to make sure the values did not exceed the insurance I purchased. http://docs.google.com/fileview?id=F.42eca41d-e85c-4734-a2ed-29559074e8b8
Form 2 is the right forms for the insurance that my claim was submitted to. These forms clearly indicate that every item must be listed and valued accurately http://docs.google.com/fileview?id=F.d35b90b7-f759-45eb-afa7-1cc1c84a1cef
Form 3 is the current forms for the wrong insurance. Not only did they give me the wrong insurance company forms but they gave me outdated ones because the new ones have the same clear information as the correct insurance company did. I was told that the legal jargon on the forms they gave me were not sufficient and the forms were redone.

SO now you can see the dilemna. I bought insurance, signed the papers, paid the fee, and find out that due to an admin error I am not covered. How do you protect yourself from something like that?
