Rob2601, just to make sure that no one misunderstands your message, ABF Freight System, Inc. is not a household goods moving company. They are a general freight common carrier that provides transportation for trailers and portable storage containers used to transport freight of all kinds, including used household goods.

Since they are motor freight common carrier and not a licensed household goods mover, the company and their service do not fall under the scope of the Consumer Protection Regulations or household good sections of SAFETEA-LU.

Texas Moving Services d/b/a Nationwide Moving Services, LLC is a small, one (1) truck household goods carrier based in Texas that also holds a household good broker license. Both were obtained in June, 2008.
