Move was from Greenville, Tx to Divide (just out of Colorado Springs) Co.
This move was a night mare!!! The extimator came out and gave us an est to more of 20,000 lbs. Well we sold alot of things and moved some heavy items ourselfs. (Freezer, Stove, Pallet Jacks, Heavy saws, alot of garage stuff) I paid an extra $200 for them to layover 3 days so we could get there first. After 2 and half weeks they showed up. Calling everyday I was told it was being delivered today EVERY DAY!!! When they finally did show. There was broken Furniture, and the roof of the truck leaked and ruined alot of other furniture and boxes. The driver was trying to hide the water and molded furtinure and the dripping boxes. After all that we tried contacting the company with no answer. Emailing 3 times a day and trying to call.
I finally got the Truck Weigh ticket after over a month and don’t really think they for our move. It’s funny after all I moved and sold it was still the same weight as the extimator.
Finally after 3 months they say they are sending us a check for $120.00 .
